Please read about our terms and conditions for using this website prior to
ordering so that you will understand our policies and procedures. Should

How to Order
Ordering from Bead Mecca is easy! Our shopping cart allows you to
purchase multiple items at one time. No more clicking in and out of
every page. Simply browse the catalog and select the items you would
like to purchase, enter the quantity desired in the box below the
product and when you are finished with your selections scroll to the
top or the bottom of that page and click the add all button. If you
only want one item you may click the add button located below the
product after you enter the quantity you would like for that item.
Once you are satisfied with your order click the 'view cart' button
at the top right side of the website and you will be able to make
changes or proceed to our secure check-out. Follow the prompts to
finish the transaction.
Payment Options
Bead Mecca offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Orders placed with
a credit card are shipped immediately upon card approval. We also accept
Paypal and have available the option to mail your payment (check or money
order) to us. Paying with a check or money order will delay your order by
7-10 days. We do not offer COD as a payment option.
Security
We have made every effort to provide a secure shopping experience.
Bead Mecca is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions
on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer
encryption.
Bead Bucks
Bead bucks are our frequent buyer rewards. Earn bead bucks with every
cumulative hundred dollars spent at Bead Mecca. With every
$100.00 you spend we issue you a $10.00 coupon to
be redeemed upon your next visit to Bead Mecca. To track your bead
bucks you must login to your account. Once you have reached the $100.00
dollar mark you may redeem your bead bucks on your next order when
you checkout. Bead Bucks are our gift to you and are not transferable.
Bead bucks are not issued during sales or for closeout or discounted
merchandise. Bead Bucks that are redeemed during a sale will be taken
off prior to the discount.
Gift Certificates Gift
Certificates may be purchased or redeemed at any time.
To Purchase a gift certificate click the gift certificate button in the
'Shop for Beads' Navigation box on the left side of the website. Select
the amount you would like to purchase and follow the prompts for
completing payment.
To redeem a gift certificate shop for beads and upon check-out use the
redemption code that was emailed with your gift certificate to receive
credit.
Discounts
Bead Mecca offers volume pricing on many of the items we sell. If
you are a designer and have a valid resale permit or business credentials
you may qualify for our 20% designer discount. The designer discount
will give you a percentage off your order total at check-out, but
is not combinable with other offers and does not qualify for bead
bucks. To request your designer discount use the contact us form.
Returns It is our goal that you are 100%
satisfied with your order. We realize that there will be times you
receive your merchandise and it does not meet your expectations. Returns
are accepted on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
We offer a full refund for the first 30 days from the time your order
was shipped. After 30 days we give a 100% merchandise credit or a
80% refund. We charge a 20% restock fee that covers our cost of processing
the order and by that time we have already reordered the merchandise.
We do not refund shipping fees.
Defective Merchandise
In the event the merchandise is defective we will replace the item
along with instructions for disposal or return of the defective item.
If we are out of stock we will refund your money.
Mis-shipped Merchandise
Occasionally we make a mistake while pulling an order. If we send
you the wrong item we will replace the item with the correct stock
and pay the shipping for that item as well as the return shipping
for the incorrect item.
Canceling Orders
You have the right to cancel your order if the order has not been
shipped. If the order has shipped and you wish to cancel we will refund
your money upon return of the merchandise in it's original packaging,
less the shipping fees.
Back-orders
We do not automatically back-order out of stock items. We try to keep
all items in stock, but with over 10,000 products we occasionally
run out of an item or are unable to restock due to manufacturer outages.
We will try to inform you once an out of stock item is back in stock,
but there are times we may not be able to due to the high volume of
orders.
Special Orders
We do not accept special orders. We welcome your requests for new
merchandise, but make no promises that we will be able to find or
supply you with the items you request.
Shipping Options
We ship with the USPS
Domestic Orders
Free First Class Shipping on all orders within the continent
United States. Delivery time is not guaranteed and may take as much
as 10 days to receive the order. A $2.00 handling fee will
be charged to orders under $25.00
Priority Mail is available for a flat rate of $5.00
to all US orders. Priority mail is 2-3 day delivery - not guaranteed.
Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $16.25
is received in 2 days guaranteed. Our post office does not offer overnight
shipping. Express orders must be received by 12:00 noon to be shipped
same day.
International Shipping
International orders under four pounds are shipped global priority
$16.00. Customs fees, duty and brokerage fees are the responsibility
of the customer. In the event of a refused shipment the customer will
pay return shipping as well as a 20% restock fee. Shipping charges
are not refundable. In the event the order weighs more than 4 pounds
actual shipping charges will added to the order. If global priority
is not available we reserve the right to refuse the order or add additional
shipping fees to cover the cost of air parcel post.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe the merchandise. To view
product details click the image of the item you are interested in and it
will take you to a more detailed image that has the product size and
description, as well as suggestions for related items. There are times the
color will look slightly different due to the settings on your monitor.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously! It is our pledge to you, our customer,
to only use your personal information to complete your order. We do
not share your personal information with outside parties.
You can sign up on our website if you would like to receive our newsletter
as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you
submit on our website will not shared and will only be used for the
purpose stated at the time you register your email address with us.
We will always include an opt-out option at the end of each email.
We use non-identifying information to better design our website and
to share with our purchasing agents. For example, we may tell our
purchaser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our
website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to
identify those individuals. The information would be used solely for
the purpose of fulfilling the needs and desires of our customers.
If we know what beads you?re interested in we will be better able
to provide those products.
