Ordering Questions

Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order, but if you're order does not reach .00 we will add a small handling fee.
When will my order be processed?
In most cases we process orders the same day they are received, but always within 2 business days of receipt unless we are having a sale that may cause a delay due to the high volume of orders. Orders placed after Noon on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Checks and money orders, but there may be a delay in shipping the order with these methods.
Is my credit card info secure?
Yes! Bead Mecca is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
Can I order over the phone?
We Have made every effort to make the website an easy, secure and enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not comfortable shopping online we will take your order over the phone, but cannot guarantee the same level of accuracy. If you do not want to enter your financial information you may still place the order on the website and call us with the credit card number.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, We are a retail store that offers volume discounts on many items. We also have a Designer Discount for qualified buyers, but we do not offer wholesale pricing.
What if you are out of something I ordered?
We make every effort to keep items in stock and available, but occasionally we run out of an item before we are able to update the website. In the case we are out of stock or run out while filling an order we will adjust your invoice to reflect what was out and charge you only for the items shipped.
What if I don't like the beads once I receive my order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied and will give you a full refund for items returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days. If you return items past 30 days we will issue a store credit and may charge a 20% restock fee. We do not refund shipping fees or pay return shipping.
What if something is damaged when I get the order?
We occasionally have a package that is damaged after it leaves our warehouse. If damage occurs when the order is shipped we should be notified within 48 hours and will replace the damaged items or refund your money if we are out of the item. We may ask that you retain all packing material including the box for the postal inspection.
What if I receive something I did not order?
Occasionally mistakes are made while pulling an order. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue and we will make the necessary arrangements to get the right beads to you and prepay the return of the incorrect items.
How do I find an item I am looking for on your website?
If you have ordered the item before you may enter the item sku number into the search box and find it that way. If you are not sure what you want use our easy navigation tools on the left side of the website to browse the catalog. We have tried to organize the inventory to make shopping easy. If you are unable to locate the item you are looking for please contact us and we will help you find what you are looking for.
What if I ordered something in the past, but can't find it on your site anymore?
Occasionally an item will be out of stock or discontinued. When we are out of an item we turn off the image and ordering information until a new shipment is received.
If I place an order on the website can I pick it up in the store?
Once the retail store is open we welcome in-store pick up. We will waive the shipping fee, but please wait for our call to let you know your order is ready before coming to the store.
How do I use a gift certificate?
To redeem a gift certificate shop for beads and upon check-out use the redemption code that was emailed with your gift certificate to receive credit.

Shipping questions

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped same day and received in 3-4 days, but please allow 5-7 days for processing and shipping time. We can not control the timeliness of the postal service.
How do you ship my order?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders! We ship first class mail through the US Postal Service unless upgraded to Priority Mail for a small additional fee. For International orders allow 2-3 weeks, although they are usually received in 7-10 days.
Do you ship International orders?
Yes! We ship to most Countries that work with the USPS Global Priority Shipping service. In most cases international shipping is just Fourteen Dollars(USD), but may increase with large or heavy orders. If Global Priority is unavailable we have the right to cancel the order.

Store Questions

Do you have a store?
We will be opening a retail store in Canyonville Oregon this spring. The location is 423 S Main St. What are your store hours? We have not set the hour for the store at this time.
How do I get to your store?
We are just off of I-5 in Southern Oregon. Use exit 99 when traveling South and exit 98 if traveling North. Historic Canyonville is just 1 mile long and we are located on the Main street through town. We are located in a historic two story building built in 1925 that was once used as a rooming hotel.

General Questions

Do you have a print catalog?
Due to the dynamic nature of our product and the ever-changing inventory with many of our suppliers we are not able to offer a print catalog. We do update our website on a frequently, so check back often for new items.
I am new to beading, where do I start?
I would start by browsing through our learning center where we have information that will help you learn. Our tutorials are a great way to develop techniques and our projects give you directions step by step.
